I had an issue with a heat alarm in my flat. It kept beeping and I didn't know know what to do to make it stop. I phoned DJ Alexander and was put through to Lizzie Mackenzie, Property Relationship Manager. She advised me on the procedure for changing the battery by switching off the power at the mains and removing the device from the ceiling. It was very easy to accomplish and I was able put it back no bother. Problem solved.
Really well set up team with regards to letting out my flat for me. Always good communication, friendly and professional staff. Niamh was particularly helpful in ensuring a fast and smooth transition for me between old and new tenants. Would recommend.

We have just moved in to a new tenancy with DJ Alexander and found all the staff we have been in contact with to be very helpful. Any issues or queries were dealt with promptly. Special mention to property manager Sana who took us through the check in process and accommodated an additional visit to the property before our move in date, so that we could take measurements for our furniture.
