It took more than what they said it will take but staff were really nice and very helpful. They call and email regarding any updates and chase the process with care and diligence. Really appreciate their work

My experience with the Team during this whole process wasn’t a bad one, the staff tried in communicating with me effectively all through the whole process, You’ve got an Amazing team, but i was not happy with the fact that there was a delay with service delivery. I was told it was going to take 3-5 days to get it done but this was far from reality, the timing to send the sample to the test centre was too long, and when it eventually got to the test centre, i had to wait for another 7 days to receive the results, the whole process took upto 3 weeks, i mean i felt like i had to wait forever to receive the results. I think the company definitely need to improve in their timing as this is very important.
