Act No: XB6KKJS. (Closed and part transferred) Dreadful communication, cash balance gone missing in transfer and Dodl are not responding to emails. I will have to open complain with the financial ombudsman. This follows poor advice on their procedures which their staff are clueless. Very unhappy
