Really poor experience. Purchased a door, architrave and frame. The deliveries were from three different suppliers, arriving late with very poor communication. Doors & More were contacted, but showed little interest . Not someone who we will use again.
doors are just what we wanted delivery was on time, a choice of dates for delivery would be nice but you are just told what date they would arrive. if you email to ask to change they just ignore the email.

Easy to order the doors we wanted, delivery date was a bit confusing at first but was soon sorted. Delivery driver was very friendly and most helpful placing the doors where we wanted them.
The delivery service was great. I was kept informed by the tracking facility every step of the way. The ETA was bang on time. Very pleasant man delivered two doors in perfect order.

Placed an order, received delivery date notification, booked my joiner in to do the work 2 days after delivery date was due, only part of my order turned up on the expected delivery date and when I called was told the main part of my order would be delivered on Thursday or Friday, latest!, had to cancel my joiner, order did not arrive on either day, now told Monday, order did not arrive Monday either...it finally arrived Tuesday afternoon, very little empathy from staff. If you place multiple items ask if they will be posted out together...I paid their statutory £52.50 delivery charge which is ridiculously high and this was the poor delivery service received, would I use this company again? probably not
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The door they delivered to me was damaged and they will not refund nor replace. Also, if you change your mind about a product and attempt to return it, it costs over £100 to return it. Don’t bother with it.

Ordered, without issues, delivery on time as scheduled. Drivers took care to place 7 doors ordered in dining room in good grace. First inspections of doors shows quality as do the handles etc also ordered
Poor delivery experience. 2 out of 6 doors delivered were damaged. Order placed on 15th March 2026. One in the front design and one in the corner (corner not protected). I can still live with the corner but the damaged design door is yet awaiting pickup and new door being sent. I contacted customer support and was kept on long hold for 20 minutes. Have sent numerous emails to jesse at vibrantdoors, aftersales at doors-more , enquiries at doors-more. I keep getting email, can you send me pictures, videos etc. I have sent them already. I would not buy from them in future. If you get a damaged door, you would suffer.
Found the door we wanted easily on the website and it was delivered quickly
Ordered two doors, paying £46.50 for delivery. Order 17743582572246DM. The glazed door is in shocking condition with a lot of damage. So I immediately sent a load of photos to the after sales team with a request for them to resolve the issue. That was a week ago. I’ve had no response, so I emailed again. Nothing. Do not use this company!!
I bought two glazed fire doors. Excellent quality, really well made using best materials. Exactly what I was looking for at an incredibly good price. Delivered on time on the day agreed, by polite and friendly drivers. Highly recommended and I would buy again without hesitation.
