Bought 5 doors off this company, 4 in one order, then the last one a few weeks later. The last door arrived wrapped in cardboard, as opposed to the previous ones which had just been shrink wrapped. Our carpenter took a few days to be ready for the last door, and upon opening it it was badly damaged/scratched. I reported this immediately to the company, and, after chasing it up twice, was told no refund would be given as it should have been checked upon delivery. I'm disabled and was completely unable to unwrap this incredibly heavy door, which someone had evidently packed even though it was damaged. After spending a lot of money with this company I expected a bit of goodwill. BEWARE!
Horrendous experience. Given a delivery date, driver phoned on the day to say he only had 2 of 5 doors so didnt deliver. Then took 4 weeks of chasing Doors and More every few days who weren't interested in resolving, just emailed the delivery company each time I chased. No proactive emails during that time at all. Avoid!
Pretty poor in most respects - I'll try and give a brief summary: - delivery was very slow, over 3 weeks from order - these doors have a very thin veneer, so there's no way you're going down in size - two doors arrived damage - it took a very long time to get them to replace the doors they sent damaged - still trying to get them to exchange some other doors for the appropriate size - they just don't answer the phone. I have been on hold - place '1' in the queue - for around an hour many times - their email address was wrong for a while Basically they are a "sell-and-move on" place - recommend you find what you want from somewhere else (although be wary - they are also "Vibrant doors", and I think they reference/contact from another company as well!)
Placed an order, received delivery date notification, booked my joiner in to do the work 2 days after delivery date was due, only part of my order turned up on the expected delivery date and when I called was told the main part of my order would be delivered on Thursday or Friday, latest!, had to cancel my joiner, order did not arrive on either day, now told Monday, order did not arrive Monday either...it finally arrived Tuesday afternoon, very little empathy from staff. If you place multiple items ask if they will be posted out together...I paid their statutory £52.50 delivery charge which is ridiculously high and this was the poor delivery service received, would I use this company again? probably not
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The door they delivered to me was damaged and they will not refund nor replace. Also, if you change your mind about a product and attempt to return it, it costs over £100 to return it. Don’t bother with it.
Poor delivery experience. 2 out of 6 doors delivered were damaged. Order placed on 15th March 2026. One in the front design and one in the corner (corner not protected). I can still live with the corner but the damaged design door is yet awaiting pickup and new door being sent. I contacted customer support and was kept on long hold for 20 minutes. Have sent numerous emails to jesse at vibrantdoors, aftersales at doors-more , enquiries at doors-more. I keep getting email, can you send me pictures, videos etc. I have sent them already. I would not buy from them in future. If you get a damaged door, you would suffer.
Ordered two doors, paying £46.50 for delivery. Order 17743582572246DM. The glazed door is in shocking condition with a lot of damage. So I immediately sent a load of photos to the after sales team with a request for them to resolve the issue. That was a week ago. I’ve had no response, so I emailed again. Nothing. Do not use this company!!
AVOID. Do not trust the delivery dates provided. They use 3rd party courier who book you when it works for them. We were quoted 1-5 working days and its turned out to be 12 working days.
Ordered a door and architrave. Door was ok, although ever so slightly damaged but didnt report it as able to sand out. But architrave is absolutely nothing like Ogee design found at every other supplier, ever. They refuse this completely and state " design varies", but what they have sent does not resemble Ogee even a tiny bit. Terrible customer service going backwards and forwards for 3 weeks now and still will not accept its totally different despite photos. I cannot install it as is totally different to the rest of the skirts and architrave next to it. Monry down the drain. I am in the property industry and will never use this supplier ever again. Terrible service and products are not as described.
Bought 5 doors and paid £70 extra for specific day delivery; they were late and delivered the day after (normal London postcode). On delivery, 1 door was damaged and unfit for any client. Door & More immediately pushed the problem onto the manufacturer and refused to issue a replacement themselves. The replacement door arrived 4 working days after the late delivery and is also damaged. I have asked for a refund on the delivery and discount on the damaged door rather than waiting even longer, but they have stopped responding to me. Edit - Got a reply after the bad review and the supplier (not them) offered a reasonable discount on the damaged replacement door which was much appreciated. However they have declined the delivery refund - yes ordered on the 2nd March and the website stated in giant text in several places "Guarantee delivery on 3rd March" at checkout and "Delivered on or before Tuesday 3rd March" which I selected and paid extra for. Clearly this was never possible if it's actually 48hrs so a total lie. Have raised a chargeback as a result.
