I dont usually write negative review but had to on this one, ordered 4 doors, delivery date came and only 3 got delivered, the courier seemed like a 3rd party company and there was a language barrier and said something about 3 now 4th on next delivery. This wasnt mentioned on the dispatch notes. Called the company next day and they confirmed all dispatched at the same time and they would contact the courier and come back to me. 2-3 days later chased and update and they were still awaiting a response from the courier 5th day i had to send an email to get some form of acknowledgment that my order wasn’t fulfilled and didnt get a response until i chased again on the phone to which they confirmed they had shipped another door the day before. Whilst the products are good their customer service is nothing to be desired. I wouldn't buy again from them as its when things go wrong does a companies service levels have a chance to shine
Really poor experience. Purchased a door, architrave and frame. The deliveries were from three different suppliers, arriving late with very poor communication. Doors & More were contacted, but showed little interest . Not someone who we will use again.
