The actual worst most disgraceful company I have ever had the displeasure of working with and do not get me started on their customer service they just hang up the phone the second it doesnt suit them. I have never been so infuriated with every single next useless agent on the phone when im simply trying to PAY MY BILL . DO NOT USE DU EVER

I left Dubai over three months ago, and I still have a subscribed account for Wi-Fi in an apartment that I do not live in anymore. This is because it is impossible to get through to them. The app won't let me pay. It won't let me cancel. You can not get through to anybody on the phone, because their line is looped and it just doesn't let you get through to anybody. The option to go for the visual support system, where they send a URL through SMS, also doesn't work. It just says "session expired". After calling the customer service line over a hundred times in one day, I actually got through to someone, which is the only time I've ever got through to someone. They told me they would cancel my subscription, and they still haven't.
Extremely poor service. Sold a package and billed something totally different. Called 4 times same answer. Like a Robot just reading the bill. The best part is the customer service person is saying they have provided a resolution. When they read the incorrect bill amount. The service is a joke and lot of pain ...
pathetic service, from last 40 mins I am trying to connect customer care for my internet connectivity issue. seriously they have build a loop that no one can reach to customer care for complaints and if somehow someone reach it will ask for emirates id so quickly that you won't be able to enter it and call will end
As I'm reading the reviews I can NOT agree more with everyone. The customer service is appalling and the terms and conditions are appalling. I've had 2 serious issues with DU where they added and extra WiFi package on my account which I did not apply for which took over 3 month to fix and with that I still had to pay for the cancellation out of my own pocket. The second issue, I didnt want to renew my contract and asked to cancel they did NOT cancel which racked up a bill of 760aed when I wasnt even using their services. Their customer service team were no help and kept saying I had to pay because I did not cancel. I'm now in an on going battle with them regarding this and unfortunately i don't see a solution other than me paying the amount, which is absolutely ridiculous. They can see i havnt been using their service yet they want to charge me. I feel like I'm being scammed. I would suggest to use etisalat going forward.
i dont even know where to begin, du service, bad wifi etc.., This wifi is the worst wifi i had in my entire life, it has been like this for 1 year and its unbearabl, its laggy, keeps disconnecting, slow in loading simple things and many more!, as i write this review my wifi disconnected more than 10 times already!, When you try to cancel the subscription you need to pay additional fee for it!, if you want to get good wifi and service, first thing to do is to avoid DU.
I spent almost two hours trying to update my Emirates ID through the du app, but the app kept glitching and failing to complete the process. I also tried calling customer care multiple times, but even the calling system kept saying “This service is not available,” so I couldn’t reach any agent. When I finally managed to speak to support through another method, the agent was polite and tried to help, but the issue was not fixed. I was simply told to visit a du store, even though du themselves recommend updating the ID through the app — which is exactly what isn’t working. du service overall: 0/10 The problem is clearly with the app and the backend systems, not the staff. du needs to fix these issues urgently. I hope others found it useful
Overcharged each month. App shows different amount but I end up paying 2 or 3 times more. Then have to call to raise complaint. Nothing changed. 1 year of monthly complaints. Billing needs an audit or someone to oversee the volume of complaints and bad service

I bought du posppaid plan in 2022 after finishing my contract i paid all my dues and convert my number to prepaid paid along with one extra bill, after 2 months during usage of prepaid I received mail that I had dues which I paid and settled even I didn't use any of their service again now after 7 months I m receiving mails that I have bill due even my number is prepaid. I m so exhausted with their service don't know what happened with du Is du also starting fraud with their customers
They charge you for even after you cancel subscription for home wifi. The WiFi stopped working and du could not fix it! Definitely a fraud shop. Might be cheaper but does not work and ends up costing more than others that do work.
I am extremely disappointed with DU’s customer service and the way my case has been handled. I stopped using my internet service over two months ago, and after a call from DU in October offering me a new package, I was informed that my account would expire soon and the service would be automatically discontinued. Based on this, I did not request a manual cancellation, assuming it would be taken care of. However, to my surprise, I continued to receive bills for services I was no longer using. I contacted DU customer support multiple times—four times in total—only to be repeatedly asked to pay for charges I shouldn’t be responsible for. I also sent a detailed email to their customer care team explaining the situation and requesting the cancellation of the service, along with a review of the charges. Unfortunately, I have received no response or resolution to date. This lack of communication, coupled with being told to pay for something I was misinformed about, has left me incredibly frustrated. I would appreciate it if DU would take responsibility for the misinformation provided, cancel the service immediately, and waive the unjust charges from my account. I hope this review helps others be cautious when dealing with DU, and I encourage the company to review their customer support practices and improve their transparency.
AVOID - Absolutely hate using Du. Terrible prices, long contracts that you have to pay ridiculously to get out of. There services are rubbish and their app is terrible too. The customer service is rude and cant understand English half the time. I got locked out of my account on the app, so I called the support line and they told me to message their WhatsApp to share my issue and I talked with a bot for 10 minutes trying to get to an agent but they make it so difficult. I swear I wrote "Connect to agent" 15 times
Since 1 and half years im struggling woth network, missed a lot of important calls i have to stand near the window to get proper network, reported multiple times but customer service agent closed the tickets without resolution, the last agent was very rude.
