My experience with du has been nothing short of unacceptable and reflects a serious systemic failure in both operations and customer service. As a corporate account holder and business owner, I have visited their office seven times. Each visit resulted in the same outcome: no resolution, no accountability, and new, inconsistent requirements. I was repeatedly asked to provide documents that are already available within official UAE systems and should be accessible to your staff. This alone raises serious concerns about your internal processes and staff competence. At one point, I was instructed to bring printed documents. I complied. Your staff scanned everything — only to later request the exact same documents again. This is not just inefficiency — this is a complete breakdown of internal communication and process management. Your system feels outdated, disorganized, and completely disconnected. More importantly, it demonstrates a clear lack of respect for clients — especially business clients whose time directly impacts their operations and financial outcomes. As a direct result of your company’s failures, I have: * Lost a significant amount of time across multiple unnecessary visits * Experienced ongoing stress and frustration * Faced disruption to my business activities This is not a minor inconvenience — this is operational negligence. It is extremely disappointing to see such a low standard of service from a telecom provider operating in the UAE. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to any individual or business. If this issue is not addressed immediately, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority and pursue further formal action.
I was scammed by DU and DU authorized partners. They have issues two home WiFi on our ID intensely and we are behind them since January 2026 but they are not closing additional account despite it continuing charges us for non-usable account. We visited DU outlet mega mall they said they can't cancel it from branch, call customer service. We called customer service, they said call cancellation department. We call cancellation department who never responded to our call. We are helpless and forced to pay our earrings to DU.
Im post paid Du user for years. This all is becoming very bad lately. Online via browser some services are simply not possible and it guides you to go to app to do it. App doesn’t work for weeks!!! Weeks!!! Is there any IT there? How is this even possible? If I change the provider it will be simply because your normal rights as a user, you can’t fulfill!
Worst..worst...worst... I wonder why they are still working there, yet they don't know what "customer service" really is. Then I checked on reviews, looking at the results of frustrations and stress of their customers is alarming. WE ARE IN SHOCKED ON HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS. DISSAPPOINTING. Reference to account 1.113371824 i have cancelled this account in December 2025, one year later, i still cannot close the account despite over 15 calls to DU. They keep telling me it's a technical issue. Their customer service is unable to close my account, their cancellation team is never reachable.

I had a very bad experience with du connection and I want to warn everyone before you fall into the same trap. At the time of taking the connection, some agents promised attractive offers and discounts. Everything sounded perfect. But once the connection was activated and the first original bill came, it was completely different from what was promised. Extra charges were added, and the “offers” they explained were not applied properly. The worst part is, after selling the connection, those agents are not reachable at all. They will not answer calls or messages. You are left alone to deal with the issue. Customer service is also very poor. No proper response, no clear explanation, and no real solution even after multiple complaints. It feels like they don’t take responsibility at all. This is clearly misleading and feels like cheating customers with false promises just to get new connections. Please be careful and don’t trust verbal offers from agents. Always get everything in writing. I will never recommend this DU connection to anyone based on my experience.
Very disappointing experience with du. I have been a loyal customer and always paid my bills on time, even though the charges are quite high. Recently, your team confirmed that two of my contracts are already completed and only one is active. Based on this, I requested a downgrade due to my current financial situation. Instead of supporting the customer, I was surprised to see my bill increased with additional charges, including what like termination fees. This is completely unfair and not what was communicated to me. As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and proper billing. Adding extra charges after confirming contract completion and downgrade is unacceptable. I strongly request du to review my case, correct the billing, and ensure such issues do not happen to other customers. Hoping for a quick and fair resolution.
The Du mobile most official scammers and official thieves company I have ever known in my life. It feels like they collect their customer service staff from the streets. None of them help at all. They are playing games on their phones while customers are asking for help. On 13.03.2026 I paid money for my mobile line, and only after exactly 3 days — after big struggles and after giving me a huge nervous breakdown — the payment was finally credited to my account. Not a single apology, not a single attempt for compensation. This is not Dubai, this is Mumbai. They gathered everyone here. When we submit our CVs they say it is not ATS-compatible, but I really don’t understand how they select their own employees.
If there is a 0 and under I will put! I call them more than 3 times to try to cancel my postpaid plan because I’m not coming back to Dubai. They told me to come personally in the Store when I mentioned to him 37484848 times that I’m not planning to come back and that all of this I didn’t plan. They are such a stubborn and unprofessional not giving you any solution.
