I have only received half of my original order to date. I am disappointed in the size and quality of product. I'm not even sure it will grow into something that I can plant in my garden. I had to plant the 5 items in small pots to try and nurse them along, as they are so small and fragile.
I liked that I was contacted immediately after you were aware that you had sent my shipment about a month earlier than promised. I wish you would have agreed to replace any items that may fail, due to my having to plant them earlier than is considered safe for my micro-climate planting zone. Everything that arrived was larger than expected, except for Oriental Poppy 'Paradiso', which had such a tiny root, I could barely find it in the packing soil.
Purchased 60 different varieties of bulbs. Was very disappointed with the tumblers that I received. They honestly looked no different than any other company that I’ve purchased from online. The past seasons growth were not trimmed off, and some of them were rotten and or shriveled up. First year using this company and honestly, I’m not sure if I will use them again. The prices of the bulbs were a lot more expensive so in return, I was hoping for a better product.
