Sadly we were expecting at least the start button would have a lock mechanism. Keep holding the start is annoying and hurt the hand after a while. Also we were expecting like other equipment to stand alone without support, sadly this not the case. Honestly speaking purchasing such a high price not to find these basis is kind of disappointing!
It was heavy to carry
The Airstrait works pretty good on my 3b thick hair however it leaves my hair a bit frizzy since I have a lot of hair.
After the order I waited for a delivery 4 days, but based on the official site information it should take 1-2 days. I used special offer on the site with 3 gifts to my device, but it was shipped without those. Then it took many time for support that there no gifts. I did not receive one gift even now.
I bought a dyson 11 for 799 euro circa 3 years ago. I supposed that in this cost there was a big quality,as for the same price I could buy 4 vacuums from other companies. Some plastics are brochen or do not do at the best their work. Inside the garancy I found super assistence....then only.... We are sorry.your garanty is over.. Then..next time makes sense to buy a cheaper one..as inside garancy all the company gives support.
I didn’t receive the accessories, bag and clips that were promised. And which are still advertised on the site , but you don’t put them down ! It is very unpleasant , I could have gone to the store and bought it , but I ordered online to get the bag and clips ! Which you promised but didn’t deliver.
Customer service agent was helpless, I have waited to long for the answers, overall, when I have to use customer support one more time, I'm about to lose 5 years of my life.
I contacted Dyson support because a gummy part that should normally stop particles to go in the motor does not stop them , even if the durst collector in fast empty. I told that I was outside the Garantie, i asked if it was possible to change this tail... the support wrote me to wait.... And some day after they wrote me that i was out of garanty and told me to look at a link to order the part and closed the comunication. But the link was not the correct part that i needed. I tried to reply telling this . No one replayed. No forther interest or comunication. I payed really a lot fir my dyson 11. I did not asked sonething for free.... I supposed to find more politeness and support. I will take in mind for all my next need.

Abysmal customer service Bought a #Dyson V15 which cost EUR 800 and broken down after just over one year. We've spent HOURS trying to get support from them, they've completely wasted our time. A hideously expensive mistake. Don't touch them! They will post a 'I'm so sorry to hear this' reply here, as they've done with others. It makes zero difference. Their customer service still does NOTHING.
Unbelievable impolite, hotlines that turns you crazy, repeating all your personal data 10 times and much more. Dyson really does everything to make you unhappy. No "sorry", no "how can I help you". I thought I bought a premium product (almost thousand euros for a Dyson v15) and after 4 weeks it did not work any more. It took really all my my nerves to get in contact with a person NOT telling me that she/he is not responsible. Finally, after more than 7 (!!!!!!!) weeks it was replaced. If I would have ordered online, they can deliver in "1-2 days". But one in the trap, Dyson does not support you at all.
Extremely frustrating!! As per our previous message to you about your poor service. You replied to my message and said that we should contact our division in Austria that attends to customers. They do not answer my calls. Only voice messages and sales. I highly recommend that you attend to this asap. If I don’t receive a call or any results today, then it will be my responsibility to ensure on all social networks about your brand etc. A poor purchase. I will never buy from Dyson.
Ordered two Dyson Hairstyler accessories more than 2 months ago during Dyson week. Due to an error in their system they were never delivered, sent back and then not available. The pre-order that was made after 3 calls was never fulfilled. They say: just order again, sticking to their processes, and: your preorder by our colleague (the only helpful person so far) will never be fulfilled. So if Dyson now comments to just call them again, beware, it‘s not to find a solution or be supportive at all.
Horrible customer service. I've been waiting for over two months to get a solution to my problem. When you call customer service they can't do anything for you, so they are basically useless. All you can do is "ask" for the help but the "responsible department" is the only one that can help you and of course you can't directly talk to anyone that has the authority to make decisions.
