I've used 2 bottles of the Night Time complex for nearly 3 months now with a gap of 14 days between the bottles. I use a sleep app with my Apple watch to track sleep performance and I can see a difference in the data from the month before I started, kicking in about 5 days after I started taking the supplement. During the gap it took 4 days before the effects started to drop away and sleep was more fragmented again, but back to a good restful sleep within 2 days of restarting. The ingredients on the bottle label are in a very small font, but with regulations there is a lot of required information and not a lot of space to put it in. Everything is also fully listed on the web site which is not that common for many supplements.
