Well I do love my clip earrings - I do not have pierced ears - I love all my Emma Holland earrings. However, on this occasion I cannot give more than 3 stars because, after I bought my latest pair I received an email asking if I was happy and inviting me to send any comments to them and they promised to reply. I have had some of my clip earring for quite a few years and in time the little silicone cushions deteriorate, some even get lost. This did not used to be a problem as the company sold little bags of replacements. Sadly, this does not seem to be the case anymore and I have tried several types from other suppliers and none of them fit. In my reply to Emma Holland I told them this story and asked where I could get them. To this day I have not heard from them, except to badger me for my feedback. So here it is. I would have loved to give you five stars and always have in the past, but I am not happy that no one got back to me and that’s why I gave 3 stars, which is probably over generous.
