I chose Energy Nordic because they market themselves as an English-speaking provider that handles everything on your behalf. My experience has been a total failure of professional conduct. Every single email, quote, and instruction came exclusively from Energy Nordic staff. They were the only company I ever dealt with or had contact with, and I paid a large deposit to the exact IBAN provided directly by Energy Nordic customer service. Despite this being a direct arrangement with them, they completely blamed a third-party vendor when things went wrong. Their handling of the project was a chain of incompetence. They mislabeled the job in their system, repeatedly failed to reply to my messages, and eventually admitted they couldn't even get their own vendor to reply to them. After multiple emails chasing them, Energy Nordic finally offered to send a courtesy letter to their vendor as a "gesture of goodwill," but they are still trying to force me to chase this third party to get my deposit back. I have never once spoken to or had a relationship with this vendor. Energy Nordic selected them, hired them, and gave me the billing instructions. Instead of taking responsibility for their own internal breakdown and returning my funds, they are trying to wash their hands of a situation they initiated. Do not trust their branding. They are happy to act as your sole provider when taking your money, but the moment they fail, they will abandon you to chase strangers
Terrible. Do not trust this company. My bill skyrocketed from about $200 per month to over $700 a month unexpectedly . I signed up in July 2025 and by December my bill was over $2700. I only signed up because the representative from Pro Marketing Services, Kevin Frank Warner Jr from Ohio was renting from me and convinced me that it would have been a good idea. He was the one using the utilities at the time and left town without warning leaving me stuck with an enormous electric bill. I have been having trouble gettingnin touch with them as well. I am considering a class action suit. Predatory practices. Read the BBB reviews as well. Buyer beware!
