Have no complaints whatsoever did a great job I'm based in Ravenstruther took the guys hour and half to get hear came on time insulated cieling bords then plasterd over them and cleaned up after them the guys were really polite and you could see they were proud of their work they done so I would say I would 100% recommend this company
Many thanks to Craig for sorting out heat pump issue. Explained fully what had happened & how to help prevent it happening again & what to do if it did. Nothing was too much trouble & I would highly recommend him.
Was unfortunate enough to have this company install solar panels and heat pump. That was the plan-they didn't turn up. The survey team were fine, helpful and efficient, installation supposed to be around January 24. Phoned to chase this up, supposedly "all ready to go", still not happening. Phoned recently, "get my manager to ring you back", never happened. Complete and utter waste of time for everyone. No doubt someone will now post a reply saying "how sorry we are about your experience, we don't understand how this happened. Rest assured we do our utmost to make sure our customers receive top quality service etc etc" Except they didn't. So if you want a job doing, get someone who has a job they want to do. And think about why a company with so many supposedly positive reviews fails so badly.............
Our annual boiler service was carried out this morning by the very efficient and polite Arash. Arrived on time and answered our questions very knowledgeably. The heating system is now operating as it should. Many thanks to Arash and Energy Pig. Highly recommended.

Damage to bathroom wall tiles during cavity wall insulation process in August 2024. Entirely accidental but having been chasing them ever since to have the damage repaired. Not a very good experience.
Always use Energypig, book on the day I want. Reliable and always on time. Arash is pleasant, quick and never leaves a mess, explains everything well if you need to ask a question.
Had the loft insulation done. Part of this meant I had to have trickle vents installed. Do not let these people touch your windows. They have broken my windows and now I get drafts coming in from around the vent. They cut into the window profile, cut off part of the seal on the window opening and shoved a vent there (already had one window company come around and have another Monday). All the vents are closed and my house is freezing. They did this to me on Thursday and said they'd send the joiner who fitted them on Friday. He said he'd come Monday. I don't get any condensation now but I also live in a freezing house that won't keep the heat in. No one even had the decency to contact me on Friday morning when I filed the complaint. Considering how cold it is this weekend, and how you have destroyed my windows, an email or call would have been nice. Absolutely disgusting company. I should never have bothered getting the work done. The insulation was better before this cowboy job.
I was given an exact time of my service. Arash arrived on time. He was very courteous and efficient. Not only that, Arash was very helpful when I asked him about my heating system. 10/10 Thank you Energy Pig for your efficiency and for you courteous service
We applied for cavity wall insulation through the government grant made available. David Campbell came and surveyed our house. He was brilliant, a credit to the company. He conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner throughout. Answered all my questions The survey took an hour and a half and all going well, the work will be carried out within the next few weeks. Delighted to be getting this done, should make a big difference to the warmth of the house and our heating bills.
David was the assessor that came to my home. He was very professional from start to finish. He meticulously inspected every aspect of my house to be able to give the results to the powers that be. Nothing was left to chance. David was friendly and helpful, explaining everything and answering questions too. I got the impression that David wanted to recommend the best products for my house and also for me. I highly recommend him and his work.
Absolutely first rate experience. I’m always anxious to deal with companies like this but Energy Pig have been amazing from start to finish. Kenny’s team especially were extremely professional, considerate, polite and their work is done to a professional standard, very neat and tidy. Every one of them deserves a little shout out as the whole team was great. I felt well looked after and they were a pleasure to have in the house. Kenny and his team made sure I was happy with everything that went in, they considered my input and were more than happy to help with questions I had. The manager David came out to speak to me too which was very appreciated. If you’re looking for a company to go with, I highly recommend Energy Pig! Recently had complete source pump and heating system fitted all staff were polite and efficient and showed great respect for the property and our belongings. The guys worked late each night and tidied as they went along, leaving heaters for us to use if we needed them, very thoughtful. Thank you for a great job.
