These guys have the worst customer service ever! The booked on Tuesday then said the technician is not available and they re-booked me for Friday then on Friday the technician is not available again! They took my money and are taking ages to refund back - when I challenged the agent - they hung up on me - Save yourself the hassle and stay away!!! - Do not believe the fake reviews they have here - look a few reviews from my review and you will see someone with the same problem! PLEASE STAY AWAY!
I don’t normally write reviews, but on this occasion I felt I had to. I had a mice infestation and contacted Environ for help. I spoke with Natalie, who was extremely helpful and professional. She took the time to listen to me, which I really appreciated as I suffer from a stutter. She was patient, understanding, and made me feel comfortable throughout the call. Her support made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
Andy came twice to my house due to sightings of a mouse. He was prompt, polite and very helpful in giving lots of information about how to control mice as much as possible. On the first visit he put down bait and on the second he plugged up some holes and then miraculously caught a mouse, thus solving the problem for now. I am so impressed with the service given and definitely recommend anyone with similar problems to get in touch with Environ and Andy.

Great prompt service! Eriye, the technician, was very communicative about his arrival time given traffic, and once here was very thorough. He explained everything clearly, and talked through options patiently. He really took his time and went through our property very carefully to identify any issues. I feel very comfortable with the team at Environ and have no qualms at all recommending them.
