In my history of car buying (7 cars including both daughters), purchasing a car with Ever was the smoothest and most seamless. If buying a car is somewhere in your least favorite things to do, like getting a tooth pulled, then you will be very happy with Ever. It won't hurt at all! I'd like to thank our Ever Consultant, Will Kizanis, for his professional and friendly demeanor. He was well versed in the mechanics of all the cars we looked at, and took his time - we didn't feel rushed or neglected. We came in with one car in mind and left with a different one, and I'm so glad that Ever's inventory had many options to choose from. Working with Trevor Brown, in financing, was just as seamless and painless. All the paperwork and financing was completed electronically without any hiccups or long waits. We left Ever to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a beautiful, sunny SF day, and by the time we finished the car was ready to drive home! Best experience Ever! (pun intended ;-)

Yevgeniy and Troy were instrumental in helping me purchase a used EV. I managed to pickup a polestar 2 (2024) at nearly the same price as marked in kbb, so no noticeable markup. The car was basically like new and their dedication for service was great; they made sure to confirm that the vehicle they delivered had no faults or issues. Great experience!! William/sales and Trevor/finance made the process smooth and easy. Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 and for a used car it's in great shape mechanically and in appearance. I paid cash for the car and maybe that helped the process go a little smoother than some of the other reviews I read about loan problems. Online paperwork was quick and efficient. Had the car delivered to my house and I would have to say I'm very pleased with the Ever experience.
The pros are that you can find the car you're looking for and the price is fair. You don't have to worry about the aftermarket add ons from traditional dealers. This is an updated review and I did have some communication issues with the dealer that were a bit frustrating. That being said, Ever Cars went above and beyond to remedy the situation and I am very satisfied. You're bound to have issues with transactions anywhere, and how those are resolved is what separates them IMO. I would certainly purchase from them again, and prefer Ever Cars to a typical dealer. They're honest and trustworthy, and that goes a very long way for me.
Really great experience! Saw the car I wanted, waited for pictures to be uploaded once it was detailed, reserved the car, did the paperwork and payment, and got my car a couple days later. Super easy process!
I’m super excited to write about my experience with EVER Auto, I couldn’t be more satisfied with not only my car but the customer service and buying process was A++ So ar first I was looking at a Tesla model S, the car was beautiful and the deal was extremely good, so I expressed my interest and the team at ever got right to getting me approved, saying this to say I was more than happy with the terms. Problem. Later that night exploring their site a found the Polestar a car I wasn’t familiar with at all but I really liked it so at 3:30 in the morning (I work graveyard shift) I texted that although I had already signed the deal for the Tesla that I had changed my mind and was now interested in the Polestar. Most dealers would had met my request with some pushback but not Ever. It too about 6 hours and I was approved (same terms) for the car!!! It’s beautiful the deal was even prettier and I got it. All in all my experience with Ever was 5 star!! I feel like they sent above and beyond to insure my satisfaction. I’ll be back when it’s time again that’s a promise.
What a great experience! We found the car we wanted but we live over 8 hours away. Ever offers delivery! Ok but what about buying sight unseen? They picture all defects in the cars listing. Giorgi reached out when we put in our reservation and sent me pictures and videos of the car and was fully transparent about every scuff mark, defect and all. The thing with Ever is they have a high standard for the cars they sell. Doing paperwork online was a breeze and we already had a pre approval with our credit union making it easy. Giorgi really was the MVP he answered all my calls and texts. He put up with all my concerns and didn’t make me feel like a bother. I recommend this company and will buy from them again.
Absolutely great experience buying a car this dealership. We are near San Francisco so we're able to take some test drives. Every car they offer was detailed to the hilt. The staff was super friendly and informative. We got a very satisfactory deal on a low milage EV. Everything from test drive to out the door was low street and about as seamless as I have ever experienced. Highly recommended!
I'm giving these guys a 5 star review, not because it wasn't without some small issues, but because I dealt with human beings on an all online transaction. 1. The website is great to choose a car. Their prices are competitive, and/or better than a dealer, with NONE of those BS dealer charges. The price you pay is what you see. Check against Cars.com and you'll see they are great prices. Then they are very clear about the benefits of shopping on EVER. You get a 150 point inspection, and a 7 day money back guarantee. That's pretty good. 2. The purchase process was super simple with everything happening online. 3. The challenge was that the website isn't as intuitive as to where you are in the purchase process. It looked like I'd bought the car - it was listed as purchase in progress, and I hadn't committed to buying it (at least so I thought - don't worry - I hadn't). 4. However, when phoning them, I got to talk to real people, who texted, and generally were super nice (shout out to Hugo - who's amazing, and Thomas too). 5. I think they were over worked so communication wasn't perfect, but check this... every time I phoned, I got a human being! 6. The best thing was the process was super, super simple, and they delivered from San Fran to LA in two days, in time for Christmas. The car is great, and I really can't believe that they balanced the online service with the human touch and got me the car in time for Christmas. Nothing is perfect in life, but these guys delivered, on time, with best online service. Even though my experience wasn't perfect, the fact that I know Hugo to be a real human, who responds on a Saturday, but it all feels like a smooth online site meant I needed to give these guys 5 stars. I'm not paid, or anything, I'm nothing to do with this company and I'm not an influencer, but the service was fantastic. Maybe they need a couple more people working for them but the human touch, in this world today meant that they gained my absolute trust.
I decided I was ready to get my first EV, but wasn't sure which one I wanted. Because each manufacturer has only one or two EV's in their lineup, I began to visit a lot of dealerships to try them all. I managed to figure out what I wanted, but was really worn out from all the sales pitches and pressure to buy new. I knew I wanted to buy used, but when salespeople at dealerships heard this, they weren't real interested in helping me anymore. I was reminded why I hate buying cars, and was tired and frustrated. Not knowing all my options, I began to look at the online used car apps. Over and over, I saw listings posted by EverCars, and decided to visit their website and give them a call. I was pleased by the reasonable, no-haggle pricing, and was reassured by the CARFAX reports, and the Battery testing (this was one of my biggest concerns, knowing that battery health is really important when buying an EV). After calling and texting with Yevgeniy to ask a few questions, I decided to go in to see one of their cars. I sure wish I'd gone straight to EverCars from the beginning. They have so many EVs all in one place so you can go from car to car to compare (and not from dealership to dealership). They have a wonderful little staff of knowledgeable salespeople who could have helped me select the right one for me from the get-go. I was totally tickled when I got there because their sales concept was so simple and transparent. Yevgeniy was super friendly, helpful, and kind. He helped answer all my questions about the car, and took me on a test drive. I realized that buying cars can actually be easy and fun! With zero pressure, I decided to buy the car, and it only took about 30 minutes. We used Docusign, and a couple other links by email. And that was it! I was reassured by the 7-day return policy, and was pleased to learn that they gave me a Level 1&2 charger to go with the car! Thank you, EverCar team! I'll absolutely be coming back for my next EV when our family needs one.
