I made a telephone enquiry and the advisor was so helpful and easygoing - even agreed to email me what we discussed - that I felt happy to continue on and buy insurance for my new Powerchair. It was a simple process, everything is explained well and easy to understand. The customer service number is prominently shown in case you have questions like I did, which is a good sign in my book. I felt that there was transparency and reassurance, unusual when buying insurance!
