Good company to deal with other than website is clunky - you cannot view information on policy documents in 'my account' section. Also when trying to take out a new policy as soon as I stated we had a previous claim (for a puncture repair) this meant could not proceed without a phone call. The call advisor stated that it was necessary to read out all the privacy information etc. even though we already have a policy with Fish - it would be better if the website allowed minor claims such as punctures to be entered without having to try to get through on the phone.
