I placed my order on 23rd of March, received an order confirmation but then nothing for a week. I contacted them but received no answer, until I sent another mail. I was unable to get a hold of them through their phone number. The mail said they were a bit delayed with shipping but would ship my order the next day. No order shipped the next day, but I have now received confirmation that they have "created" the delivery at DHL, but the order is not at DHL yet. I am disappointed with the slow execution of my order, but that would be way less disappointing if only they communicated to me, sent updates and told me they were behind on deliveries upon placing the order, instead of when I asked a whole week later. (They also write on their website they will inform of delays, which they did not do on their own account). Some family has a Floorfred and I have tried it and it was very good, so I am sure the product is nice and I will be very happy with it, but for now the costumer service has been bad and disappointing, sadly.
I love their products. In fact, anything can bring me closer to my children. I found Floor Fred to be on the same level with the kids.
If you don't know what to buy for a babyshower, this is it! I'm so happy I found FloorFred and that I could give away a meaningful present that will actually come to use for many purposes.
FloorFred is the best chair ever made. During my pregnancy this was the only chair comfortable enough to use. It truely saved my back. And now with a little one always playing on the floor, it is just perfect. Also, the design! Just look at it, it's so nice and neat. My guests always (always) ask about the FloorFred. I need more of them because it's always a fight at home, everybody wants the FloorFred.
My floorfred has been the best support at home with my kid when playing, reading, breast feeding or even working. Also in love with the color and the simplicity of the design!

For a grandma it is just the right thing!! To be able to sit in comfort is wonderful when playing with the grandchildren. The only backdraw is getting up again - takes some time!
