I placed my order on 23rd of March, received an order confirmation but then nothing for a week. I contacted them but received no answer, until I sent another mail. I was unable to get a hold of them through their phone number. The mail said they were a bit delayed with shipping but would ship my order the next day. No order shipped the next day, but I have now received confirmation that they have "created" the delivery at DHL, but the order is not at DHL yet. I am disappointed with the slow execution of my order, but that would be way less disappointing if only they communicated to me, sent updates and told me they were behind on deliveries upon placing the order, instead of when I asked a whole week later. (They also write on their website they will inform of delays, which they did not do on their own account). Some family has a Floorfred and I have tried it and it was very good, so I am sure the product is nice and I will be very happy with it, but for now the costumer service has been bad and disappointing, sadly.
