The course is really easy to follow and the option of online support whenever you need it is great, although I never needed to use it. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone that needs to gain their qualifications. The cost is very reasonable as well.

I actually found the whole process , very easy has you were very helpful and I was allocated a person that would help me and I can say every time that I sent an email I would have an immediate reply or thereabouts. I just like to say thank you so much and I would well and truly recommend you.
I am a volunteer bar person at our local RSL. The RSL opens each Friday afternoon for 3 hours and we serve alcoholic drinks so a RSA qualification is required, even when the time is limited. I found the course to be straight forward, but was worried about performing on video. I enjoyed both modules and also received good advice when I encountered a problem.
I loved the self paced learning. I was able to come back to the course at my convenience. It wasn't too easy meaning it wasn't just a tick and flick experience. I had to learn & listen as I went and I learnt a lot!
