I got two banned accounts and customer support ignored me? This website is horrible the fact I got a review email is laughable
So I bought the product without realizing you cannot play online at all. I have emailed twice now saying I want a refund. I have not even tried logging in with the info that was sent via email. Still have not heard anything at all so therefore I am pretty much taking it as wasted money. Do not recommend this at all, scam and a rip off!
Their software kept asking for a disk and the program is still glitching.

I purchased a game here, and I'm glad I did it on my trash laptop, because when I tried to open the game download link, a virus infected my computer and tried to take over it. Thank God for my virus protector, but now it won't let me use my browser or access the site, which seems odd to me. I want a refund and want to file charges on the site and the game seller for the distasteful action.

Complete scam. I purchased a game, was given a locked account and wrong passcodes. Tried to solve the issues for days just to later on get ignored
Was expecting codes for the game instead had to go trough lots of downloads that took hours and at the end do not even work!
