I did not renew my previous subscription due to high cost for the use I get out of it. Then I did re-purchase due to special price offered in email. With that link, I was offered a two-year rate which also included one free month. After filling in payment info, no actual receipt was shown with any extra charges. My payment was accepted. No receipt came, even though the page said there would be. When checking my account, it showed only 24 months subscription - NOT 25. It also showed a higher cost than had been listed. Subsequent Chat and email accomplished getting the "free" month and an explanation that tax had been added - and an actual receipt. Should NOT have had to complain to get all that.
