Super customer service - I had a problem with a previously canceled subscription being auto-renewed without my approval. I notified GB, showed them the bank charge and the email from GB for the previous cancellation. GB immediately provided a refund and cancelled the new subscription. Very quick response.

Marilyn is a very good technician, thoroughly familiar with your software. The issue was with my computer, not your software. We had to go through several trials to isolate the issue. She was patient with me. The problem is fixed now.

You have outstanding employees. Everyone with whom I spoke was knowledgeable, personable and professional.
Unfortunately, my card had been closed due to fraud. So, when my renewal came up, it was refused as I didn't have a new card on file. I called and spoke with one of your employees and she fixed everything and even offered me a promotion that was currently running. She was friendly, informative and helpful.
Personal attention to my needs. Immediately took care of my problems. Very polite and courteous.
