Hello, I went to the upholsterer today to have the cover fitted, and I just installed the seat in my carport. Unfortunately, I have to say I'm very disappointed with the workmanship, especially the size of the cover. It's much too small and is squeezing the screw corners. I'm in contact with someone from a streetfighter group who already has three covers from your company. He fitted them himself, while I had mine made by a professional upholsterer. Something is definitely wrong. I've also read your answers to his questions and don't find them satisfactory. According to the label, all your seat covers are from January 2026. I assume the size of the cover won't change, but I'm still offering you the opportunity to send me a new, larger cover free of charge. I'll visit my upholsterer again. You will receive your undersized cover back and will need a prepaid return label. Therefore, I still have my upholsterer's invoice and would like to request a credit note. That's not a good rating for your house. Please let me know what happens next!
order on 30/4, still hasn't shippid on 16/5. Website states shipping within 5 days. We are at day 17 now. When getting in touch I got a 'sorry', but no solution or advise.
Invoice was with misstakes. Didn't correct.
I ordered a clear clutch for my bike and the invoice was higher than what I paid and I had to pay more customs charges and now have to claim it back from HMRC and this is a very long process.
