The representative that took my call when I called to make a claim was very knowledgeable and professional on the call the entire time. Also, sent condolences to my family as well that's the type of professionalism that take company's above and beyond.
I was able to talk to a person that helped me set up auto pay. Now I don’t have to deal with the website which is not very user friendly. I have 8 policies. I get 8 bills in the mail - lots of cost there and lots of paper. These bills all coming to the same address need to be consolidated.
