It's hard to get anything done on line talking to an ai is no good what happened to talking to a person
I have 5 policies on family since 2014 Last several months they have illegally diverted premiums payments and caused them to go into past due status, I have called and emailed customer support sent copies of receipts and even talked to supervisor named julie to no avail, i have filed with difs in my state and if this is not resolved i will contact federal authorities
The lady that I spoke to was very nice and very helpful she told me exactly what I needed to know.

Thought I was going to be able to log in to my policy to check when it was due next; I could not log in due to Globe life claiming my log in info didn't match their records. I called the company explained my situation and had thought that my credentials were reset by the representative, (she told me it was all reset and that I should be able to get back in using their portal) but when I went to log in again, I was still unable to. Very disappointing and frustrating. I'll just have to wait for my next bill to come in the mail to make payment by money order.

This was my first time having to ever contact Globe Life. It was easy, fast & simple. The representatives (Bethany & I think Anitra) I spoke with were very professional & spoke very good English. They resolved my issue & I couldn't be happier. Thank you!
I had to call them twice to give them new debit card info due to expiration date, expired 4/26. Globe said they couldn't accept the automatic April payment due to the expiration date (even though the bank AND other automatic payments worked fine). I paid April's payment directly to them. When the new debit card came, I called to give them the new information. 1 week later I received an invoice. I then called again to give them new card information and was told they didn't show that I gave them the new card information. So I gave it to them again. How can the original card work EVERYWHERE else but not with them? Frustrating because it took 2 phone calls, both of which took 30 minutes to get a hold of them.
If is was not for all of the paper mailing sent to the house, killing trees (🤣) it would be a 5.
I’m not sure who I spoke with but she was very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and a pleasant attitude. Loved my experience.
