My question wasn't answered. I did get a response but it didn't help. I kept trying online on my own and finally what I was trying to do worked.
The representative that took my call when I called to make a claim was very knowledgeable and professional on the call the entire time. Also, sent condolences to my family as well that's the type of professionalism that take company's above and beyond.
I was able to talk to a person that helped me set up auto pay. Now I don’t have to deal with the website which is not very user friendly. I have 8 policies. I get 8 bills in the mail - lots of cost there and lots of paper. These bills all coming to the same address need to be consolidated.
Rep was extremely helpful and patient, even though we still couldn’t get website phone app to send a verification email to to me. I.T. Department, are you listening ???!

In 2024/2025 I wasn't given correct information on filing a claim; however on 4/13/26 I spoke with a claims representative who was kind and compassionate in explaining what needed to be done. Thank you Robin and Nafateria; ,
