Although the customer service is was good the same cannot be said for the company its self. I had increase on one of the insurers. I did not realize that the policy increased every 5 years. I should have had a notice sent out to me in the mail. They are really good at sending you junk mail to increase amount of insurance.
The girl on the phone was nice but not sure she knew exactly how to help me at first. She put me on hold to ask someone I think. She said she couldn't help me but later came back and said she could take care of it.
I needed help after getting a letter saying my auto pay was monthly instead of yearly. It did take a little time to get to a representative when I called, but once I did, it was an easy fix. I would've given a 5 if the steps to getting a representative were easier. 4 years ago, my son died suddenly in his sleep. I had a globe life policy that covered his funeral. It was super easy to get the coverage and payout through help from the funeral home.
Customer service representative was able to resolve my issue with professionalism and courtesy.
If is was not for all of the paper mailing sent to the house, killing trees (🤣) it would be a 5.
