To those who are “not tech savvy”, it was good to know that GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists in America! Ricardo gave me instructions. I did it. He was sent back info he requested. While he was addressing the request, my phone disconnected the phone. Perhaps a system can be created in a certain amount of time I could reconnect to 1st person working on the issue of disconnected.
