It was a pleasant experience however, the Agent I did the PIS sign up was not helpful. She was not willing to go an extra mile. I have a business, no matter what I strongly advise my people to be extra accommodating and put themselves in the customer’s shoes. Good job to her and am sorry I forgot her name at the POS Department

Godaddy has a great variety of products and services. I found them to be very easy to to contact when I had questions or problems. They stayed with you till the problem was resolved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Working with Go Daddy is efficient and effortless experience. The staff are always pleasant, well informed and work hard to resolve any problems. Their offering is great and is consistently ahead of the curve. I would not trust my business with anyone else - that's why I've been with them for over 8 years.
I ended up having an unwanted subscription that I was billed for. I called customer service and jay promptly canceled the subscription and issued a refund. Before I even got off the phone paypal emailed me with a refund notice. The whole call lasted around 4 minutes. Now that's awesome customer service.

After 8 days, 8 phone calls, 14+ hours on the phone, 17 emails, and sending over 45 documents/selfies for verification, I was beyond frustrated and honestly felt completely let down by a company I’ve trusted for 16 years. As a small business owner, having critical website and email issues unresolved for months was incredibly stressful and costly to my business. Then I reached Zuzanna. She did what the previous representatives failed to do — she listened. She treated me with respect, took the time to understand my case, researched the issue properly, and genuinely cared about helping. After days of feeling ignored and passed around, she completely changed my experience and helped restore my faith in GoDaddy.
