I have been using Airo AI to develop my website and the tool is truly astonishing, very close to working with a human developer (in a good way). But I finally needed support when my website would not load and I spent days trying to get someone to fix it. Ten minutes with Dustin on the phone when I was ready to quit was all it took. To those who are “not tech savvy”, it was good to know that GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE still exists in America! I have NEVER had this much problem with login to email account but the agent Anthony hung in there with me for 1-1/2 hour till we got the issue solved. Ricardo gave me instructions. I did it. He was sent back info he requested. While he was addressing the request, my phone disconnected the phone. Perhaps a system can be created in a certain amount of time I could reconnect to 1st person working on the issue of disconnected.
Chad was excellent, he was patient, kept his cool while I was not always cool. Solved my problems and recommended very appropriately.
It was a pleasant experience however, the Agent I did the PIS sign up was not helpful. She was not willing to go an extra mile. I have a business, no matter what I strongly advise my people to be extra accommodating and put themselves in the customer’s shoes. Good job to her and am sorry I forgot her name at the POS Department
