I ended up having an unwanted subscription that I was billed for. I called customer service and jay promptly canceled the subscription and issued a refund. Before I even got off the phone paypal emailed me with a refund notice. The whole call lasted around 4 minutes. Now that's awesome customer service.

After 8 days, 8 phone calls, 14+ hours on the phone, 17 emails, and sending over 45 documents/selfies for verification, I was beyond frustrated and honestly felt completely let down by a company I’ve trusted for 16 years.
