Everything is too complicated to setup…

Everything is too complicated to setup and navigate. Not to mention everything is an additional cost! Then when you call to get help the wait times are astronomical! Worst thing I’ve wasted my money on all year!!

They will not answer the phone!

They will not answer the phone On hod for more than an hour twice today and it has been a routine practice. If I did not have so many products there over the years I would NEVER call them. Customer service is horrible!
