I had a panic when my property survey came back at a lower valuation than the asking price! De-Andre handled the negotiation with the seller for me and got the price down to the lower valuation, saving me £15,000 and lowering my deposit! Over the moon I didn't have to withdraw my offer and got the property I wanted at a lower price!
