Was a fantastic service from start to finish. Felt the initial quotation was fair, once I accepted the quotation, the process was quick and easy. They supplied a pre-paid label to ship my GPU via Royal Mail tracked service with insurance. Once they received the GPU, they were quick and efficient at testing it, and once they had determined that my GPU passed all tests, they quickly initiated the payment. All of this within 24 hours of them receiving the GPU. Payment received was as per the quote received. All through the process, Ben was exceptional in communicating what stage we were at.

Nice and quiet
The company have excellent customer service, and if you have any problems they sort it out. They are true to their words, and if selling your gpu pay promptly and fairly.
The communications were quite good on the whole but not as quick as I would have liked but that’s just me. The reason I gave four stars as opposed to five was the fact that the card was nearly new and I had only used the HDMI port for my monitor and they found a fault in one of the display ports, this must have come from the factory but in any case the offer was reduced by £50 which I thought unfair but the offer was not increased. Had it not been I needed the money I would have made more of a fuss. But I must say they paid quickly and were polite.
