I would highly recommend this company for product quality and customer service. We ordered the Handmade Aleman I pint glass tankard with engraving, which has exceeded our expectations. It is superb and when there was a slight delivery glitch (nobody's fault) Michelle went above her pay grade to get it resolved. We will definitely be using Gravesham again!
