Our tech (I believe his name was Michael) was really knowledgeable, works efficiently, easy to talk to and kind. He arrived early and went straight to work, communicated with me about every task he was going to do around the house, was courteous about going into living spaces and making sure it was okay to enter rooms instead of just barging into places, explained things thoroughly and showed me some features on the APP as well. He’s a cat person too, that’s always a positive in my books!

I have used Guardian for a decade in different properties. Today I am selling one property and wad told I have not fulfilled a 5 year contract and must pay a $1k termination fee. Assuming the new owners take a policy with Guardian it would negate my current policy. I was unaware of a 5 year contract stipulation. This is a total mo ey grab. Basically raping me for not adhering to a 5 year contract. When did security companies lock users into a 5 year commitment?
