Bought a bracelet for a family member. I rang them after 4 days to check the progress of my order and they told me it had been out of stock and was due in that day. I received an email to say it had been sent out later that day and I did receive it 4 working days later. The website was easy to use and did have all the relevant information. My bracelet was packaged well and came in a lovely gift box. Box.
Like most other reviews. I ordered a ring, a few days later they cancelled the order with no explanation to why. Still waiting for money to enter my account.

I placed an order for an item listed as in stock and it was then cancelled with no explanation or pleasantries, no offer of a similar replacement item or any other details of if or when the item would be available. Customer service is unfortunately not the best and I am still without a solution, disappointing.
Had issues with some buffing compound on the ring leaving marks. Emailed 8pm and got an email back at 20:05 reassuring me on the quality of the item and how remove excess compound. Worked and one very happy customer.

Failed to send bracelet. Took money which took days to refund. No explanation or apology. Had to chase with customer services what was going on and if I would receive a refund. I did get one eventually but disappointed to not receive my order due to the manufacturer discontinuing the bracelet.
Tried to order 4 rings, order was cancelled straight away due to manufacture problems but nobody had emailed to explain why it has been cancelled until I reached out. Nothing on the I asked to be kept in touch when it was sorted as I still wanted to make another order but company never replied to me. So now I won’t bother nothing on the website to say items are out of stock so don’t waste your time.

Cancelled order without any correspondence. After calling to follow up myself (no contact from H&M) the individual I spoke with was quick to get me off the phone and told me he would send over some alternatives - nothing has come a week later. Very poor way to do business. Customers shouldn't be chasing you for the sale and then not being met half way. Unprofessional.
