Order cancelled with no explaination. Pretty annoying and gives a poor impression of their communication/customer service.
Started off with a rather slow "express shipping" it's there only shipping option I think taking about Week to come and costing £5 extra you'd expect it to be well express. Next the ring didn't fit. Odd considering I'd had my ring size checked only a couple of days before. Sent them an email regarding this assuming they sent wrong size. No reply to the email for two weeks. When they did eventually reply the customer service has been dreadful, they lied saying the check and have definitely sent the right size but to return if and they would send the next size up well that's fine, but I had the ring size checked and they had in fact sent the wrong size. I asked for them to refund my shipping and my return postage cost they refused to refund the initial shipping given there mistake and delayed time in actually shipping my order in the first place I considered this reasonable. So I ended up cancelling my hole order and requested a return label they agreed because that makes sense? But still waiting for the label. Long story short I won't be using them again it's a shame given we'd picked out quite a lot for our wedding

I ordered a bracelet from the website and everything went smoothly. The bracelet arrived and everything was great! The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the delivery time, I paid almost £6 for delivery and it was sent 2nd class and I waited a week. Apart from that I was happy with my experience and I would purchase from them again, in the future!

There has been a delay in delivery and still the bracelet hasn’t been received yet. Little information provided by either yourselves or Royal Mail. Quite disappointing! I appreciate that you have no control or progress details regarding Royal Mail. I was however disappointed that I was not informed that you obviously didn’t have the item in stock yourselves. I only happened to discover this when I chased the item to see why the order hadn’t progressed. Your FAQs clearly state “ Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive.” Even if it arrives tomorrow, which I suspect it will not and allowing for bank holidays, that’s going to be 5 business days and counting. End of.
