What a joke this is. I ordered a jumpsuit that eventually came and was awful. The sizing was all over the place and the quality was so so poor. When asked for a refund they said you can return to China for a fee, that fee was nearly the same amount as the jumpsuit what’s the point and why should I have to pay for a refund when it’s not like I just didn’t like it it doesn’t fit. It was so out of shape. When asked about it they sent the same shitty message back saying we are sorry your not happy. Never ever buying from them again. It’s a disgrace they are even allowed to do business.
Had to chase up order. Ordered Suede Jacket ,when it eventually arrived it was definitely NOT suede and of very poor quality. I won't be ordering from this site EVER again
The shipping experience has been horrible. Ordered on 26 Jan, shipped 29 Jan still have not received. I would highly recommend against FedEx or this seller if that is the only carrier they use. I'd love to give this really expensive jewelry box a 5 star review but I have to actually receive it to do so.
Very bad customer service. Sent an email to establish the status of an order and their response was to respond with a cancellation email. No explanation or apology just an order cancelled notification.
I placed an order, received confirmation and was advised I would know when it was dispatched. After several days hearing nothing and because it was required for a birthday in the coming week, I contacted them. I received no notification of my query and subsequently just an impersonal email saying my order had been cancelled… no explanation, no apology and, therefore, no birthday gift. Very poor customer experience

Ordered an item on 19/5/24, after 5 days nothing had happened so messaged the company and got no response. 2 weeks passed and I contacted the company again, no response. Left with little I opened a chargeback against the company (that btw has a bogus office in LA - that email address doesn’t exist). I then deep-dived in to this “company”. They haven’t been a company since 2017 when they dissolved, they don’t file accounts, their registered address is a residential address I have visited and has no affiliation with anything to do with this “company”. I filed a visa dispute, within 3 hours Hamilton & Lewis (a clear play to hide their nefarious activities via Google by having the F1 Driver Lewis Hamilton grey the search results. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE: IT LOOKS LEGITIMATE BUT IT IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL ONLY GET YOUR MONEY BACK VIA CHARGEBACK.
Like most other reviews. I ordered a ring, a few days later they cancelled the order with no explanation to why. Still waiting for money to enter my account.
I placed an order for an item listed as in stock and it was then cancelled with no explanation or pleasantries, no offer of a similar replacement item or any other details of if or when the item would be available. Customer service is unfortunately not the best and I am still without a solution, disappointing.

Failed to send bracelet. Took money which took days to refund. No explanation or apology. Had to chase with customer services what was going on and if I would receive a refund. I did get one eventually but disappointed to not receive my order due to the manufacturer discontinuing the bracelet.

Cancelled order without any correspondence. After calling to follow up myself (no contact from H&M) the individual I spoke with was quick to get me off the phone and told me he would send over some alternatives - nothing has come a week later. Very poor way to do business. Customers shouldn't be chasing you for the sale and then not being met half way. Unprofessional.
