The shoes had no arch support which threw my whole body out of whack! I felt like I was walking directly on the floor. Even the second pair they sent which are supposed to have more support weren't any better.
I am in my 80's and had ordered a pair of Hike Shoes. My reflection later was to cancel the purchase. Instead I received what appeared to be an AI generate response of a policy of only a two hour window to cancel orders. This is a ridiculously short period of time!!!!
I received a pair of shoes that were both defective. I notified Hike Footwear immediately by email. After some back and forth, they approved my return. I mailed them back at my expense, with tracking. As soon as the delivery was received by them I emailed the company the proof. It is now 10 days later and I have not received my refund which, according to their policy, I should have already received I would never recommend this company and I am contacting the Attorney General in MA as the company has both the shoes and my money. I believe that may be considered theft.
I bought a pair of shoes from Hike and I liked them. I decided to buy another pair. I received them but I have been sent a US size 8 instead of a UK size 8. I have received no replies to my numerous emails . There is no way to return them. I am very disappointed in this company.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Shoes appear to be unreturnable. Why is it facebook is so fill of scammers? Have tried multiple times to get a return authorised but no response. Complete and utter waste of time and money.
Been trying to return the shoes that don’t fit. They just tell me they will get back to me, then they sent me to some Just Ask site that cost me $38, so right now I’m out over $100 for something I’ll throw in the trash.
I received the pair of shoes I ordered but immediately established that they were a very poor fit, much too tight and footspace was not nearly high and spacious enough. Their return policy initially appeared to be sensible, apart from the fact that after multiple attempts they simply do not reply to emails sent to them - ie "customer service". I have subsequently received several follow up emails from them urging me to purchase more of their products. I have even tried replying to these additional emails in the hopr that I may get some kind of response, but nothing so far! The 30 day return period they state is almost up now. I agree with others that that this appers to simply be a scam to shift cheap footware at inflated prices. If I am wrong about this and am contacted and can return the shoes or other appropriate action taken, I will happily retract my statement. I still await some form of response from this organisation
