Refreshingly excellent buying experience. We knew which electric fire we wanted and as usual I trawled the internet for a competitive price. I found it at Home Centre Direct. Alistair was brilliant in all aspects - from the initial correspondence and getting me the best price, sourcing the additional frame we wanted, right through to keeping me updated on the process of delivery (we are in the UK mainland). I can't recommend this Company highly enough and they'll be my first port of call whenever I need anything they may be able to get me. Just great!
