The ordering process was quick and easy to use. However the efficiency broke down when payment made by Apple Pay and a different delivery address is required as paying by this method did not provide a facility for an alternative address. This had to be communicated manually to an automated (?) helpdesk chat. A parcel tracking number was provided on order but on querying the bike was going to its intended destination, a revised number must have been issued but was not sent to me. I spent a couple of days unsure whether or not my grand daughters bike would arrive as the Pareclforce tracker stated the parcel was unable to be collected on the original number. Happily the bike arrived where it was intended to go but customer communication could be handled better and systems checked for suitability to cater for customer needs.
