Although the handle of my suitcase broke two times now. I can only say dealt with efficiently and swiftly under guarantee. Very nice for a frequent traveller. And much appreciated. Although a slightly stronger handle construction would be preferred , reason enough for me to sent a recommendation, which I rarely do.
