When I received my 3 bottles, I was so excited. I am in kidney failure and trying to maintain, on a fixed income. When I charged and filled the bottles as instructed everyone of them leaked. I tried to call the number and only got a voicemail message. I then reached out via email. Was told to video leaking, then they sent back a video on how I could fix it. I did everything you asked still nothing. So frustrated no one really cared about quality or making it right, I was just supposed to mail everything back. Sorry but I don't have a lot of faith in sending everything back AFTER I paid over 190.00 and hope that this company does the right thing. I am taking things further with our local consumer protection. Update: It cost me 24.00 to send my bottles back. Got a threatening email from a Dario stating he/she didn't think my return request was legitimate because it took me so long. After sometime I did receive some of the money back, I was told I would get the rest of it back once they checked my returned package. I had pictures they were returned just as they were sent, leaks and all. I then got another email a few days ago, again from Dario, that I needed to remember that there was a 15% restocking fee. So it sounds like our Dario is again not going to return they money. CAUTION, if they are recycling the bottles returned , beware THEY LEAK, you will just get others junk. and you will pay for the priviledge of paying even more to return. What a racket! I will also report to Better Business Bureau to try to prevent someone else from having this happen.
I have stage 4 CKD and worried it will end up on Stage 5. When I saw the advertisement and the video, very impressed so ordered just one bottle and declined all other offers. Imagine my shock at £173. Being taken from my account. I contacted the company first then my bank.
My Hydro health bottle started leaking and when I asked for help through the support, Gail was able to send me a video that showed how the gaskets have to be properly in for it not to leak. I was then able to have my husband help me take the bottom off and fix it.

Positive experience with hydro health bottle use My husband & myself are really using Hydrohealth bottles My kidney function based on my lab work wasn’t perfect so I decided to try their product. I don’t think I had it for more than a month but I had my annual physical with lab work r/t kidney function. When I checked my results they were all green meaning every single test for kidney function were within normal limits. My NP was impressed & the only change I made was to add hydrohealth H2O bottle, I only drank 1 / day. My husband also has one & I will check his blood work soon I have recommended to my brother who has kidney problems in my home country so he will order it I also suggested to a friend who is in the hospital for dialysis & from articles I saw it could be helpful. My only issue & disappointment 1 of the bottles small white cap just fell off. It hasn’t been a while since I received it but it no longer qualify for a replacement at that time. I was very gentle with it since it’s expensive. I hope it will also be effective to the people I recommend it to. I wish the results of wnl labs will continue.
