Impossible to contact

My husband has been trying to contact you for over two weeks to take his pension, but no-one answers the phone, replies to emails, or calls back. This is frustrating! We want to try to sort this out before tax year end since it was due out last Autumn! He has now emailed the email address you give on here in the hope that someone does something Edit: I have amended my review since we have now had a call back and been promised a retirement pack that should have been sent in August.
