Do not use for Cambodia

I paid £69.95 for an e-visa for Cambodia but something didn't feel right as there was only an option to choose an airport and not a land border crossing. I queried this with ivisa and was informed by the chatbot that it was fine. I then asked for confirmation that ivisa would be processing my evisa AND arrival card and the chatbot informed me that they would only be processing my visa and that I would be responsible for the arrival card. When I arrived at the border the immigration officials had never seen the QR before and I had to pay USD$40 for a visa and fill out an arrival card. When I contacted ivisa they said that I had paid for an arrival card not a visa and that the chatbot had been confused. They refused to refund me - update to review - they have now agreed to refund 80%. If you are traveling to Cambodia your visa can be easily processed at the border for USD$40 and it costs nothing to fill out the arrival card. I have changed the rating from 1 to 2 stars as to their credit, they responded quickly to my complaint and i got to deal with a real person instead of a bot. However i still feel like i was conned 3 times: 1. Clicking on the first link that came up when I googled evisa for Cambodia instead of using the Cambodia government website. 2. Paying double for what I thought was a visa but turned out to be an arrival card which was totally unnecessary as the arrival card can be completed for free (how can they issue an arrival card without a visa number?). 3. When I contacted ivisa to raise my concerns I was clearly told by the chatbot that they would process my visa and I would be responsible for my arrival card.
