Terrible customer service I never received my order contacted them via online form and sent four emails. No refund or response, avoid this company
I placed an order for 31 items. The delivery box contained only 25 items. The company owe me £6 for the missing items and have yet to offer a refund or arrange to deliver the rest of the sweets. I would not recommend using this company if you expect to receive what you have paid for. Update - it is now 13 days since they took the money for items they didn’t deliver or even intend to deliver. I wasn’t ever informed that I wouldn’t get some of the items or that a refund would be issued. How long does a refund take? If they do this to everyone they must be earning some amount of interest on all the customer money they are delaying refunding. How many more days or weeks until I get my refund? Another update - when Joy of Sweets eventually issued a refund it was the incorrect amount, £1 short of what it should be. In reply to their reply I had ordered 3x100g bags of sherbet pips. I received one pouch with no weight marked on at all which is why I thought there were six missing items from my order. The four missing items were £1 each and the refund issued is for £3.
Genuinely awful customer service. This business is a scam. Order never showed, all my emails have been ignored, no refund given. Had to dispute with my bank as it’s been 6 weeks now with no response. Don’t order from here.
Placed my order for several different sweets on 27th March for my grand kids for Easter. They failed to arrive. Found out that Easter week they had gone on holiday for 2 weeks. No mention of this on their website. Have emailed them every week since they have been back chasing my order, either through their website or directly. Sometimes twice a week. Get given excuse after excuse and still no sign of my order. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, sometimes email ignored completely. Avoid them at all cost, plenty of other traders that I'm sure treat their customers better. A reply was posted today (8/5/26) on here saying my order was delivered on 5/3/26. I didn't place my order until 27/3/26. I never did get my order but did get a refund last week.
ITS A SCAM OUTFIT!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I’d read the reviews before wasting my money. Ordered a pick and mix for my son’s birthday in March. Never received them. I’ve emailed them, and used their contact form multiple times, no response. They had the cheek to email me asking me to review their products! I replied that I never got them. No response.
I am not one to complain or leave a review but … Literally the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Order took 5 weeks to arrive, multiple methods of communication were tried. Eventually got a reply asking if I want a replacement or a refund. I was very specific and said that if any of the sweets I ordered were out of stock then I would like a refund. I got no response to this but a replacement order was sent out … with many missing sweets despite my request. Extremely disappointed and would urge everyone to look elsewhere! Why order from a company with so many awful reviews? They need to stop taking orders while they sort out these reoccurring issues
Jennifer in response to your reply, I haven’t received any goods. Yodel tracking shows goods still with sender. As does the SHOP app. I have photo proof of this via their website which I will send to you via your email. Still not a happy customer - no product OR refund ! Ordered goods on 19/3 Label created on 24/3 Still waiting for goods I have messaged them and noted they were closed for Easter so waited until after the holidays. Eventually got a reply from David Milne (director) apologising and offering a replacement or refund. I thought great! replied to this email, asking for a refund and now not heard anything again despite further emails. Absolutely shocking! Do not use this company !
I ordered a 10kg bag of sweets, multiple weeks had gone by without the order even being shipped to the courier, i contacted joy of sweets through tiktok shop two times, both times they didn’t even support and all they said was “your parcel was shipped”, which it hadn’t been. Almost a month had then gone by so i tried contacting them again, however this time they didn’t even respond to my message and just cancelled the order without any notice.

Sweets never dispatched, no answer to emails. I ended up leaving a Facebook message and they finally replied, after a discussion I got a full refund. They did expect me to wait until almost a month had passed to see if it turned up, once I said it was food and wouldn't accept it after that length of time I was offered a refund. It's a shame as I've used them before, but after this I (and my family ) will never use them again. And in reply to your reply, it was never attempted to be delivered, don't try putting your incompetence back in the customer!
Missing part of order, emailed several times with no response. The company obviously not bothered. Will not use again wouldn't recommend to anyone. Will have to report to paypal to get a refund
Never received order. Seller said they had been collected by Tiktok collection ie Evri, every said it was waiting to be sent my seller. Waited 2 weeks and still no sweets.
I have been waiting for my parcel I ordered on Friday 13th Still not got it it was for my friend birthday it is to late
Don’t bother ordering from here, am still waiting for my order to be despatched, it still hasn’t and it’s been a week now, if I don’t hear anything by tomorrow nor does it get despatched then I am gonna retract my payment and will not be ordering from them again
