Legitimate marketplace Juucy is a legitimate business and their platform has a lean UI so it's a good starting point for a recruiter. However: 1. you cannot have a videocall with the hiring manager so there is no opportunity to negotiate criteria or to negotiate a candidate profile 2. they don't have late payment fees to their clients so it might take you weeks or even months to get paid 3. the clients they choose to have tend to give a status update of a candidate after several days which might damage your reputation as a recruiter
