I keep getting told that my account can't be verified, but somehow I have purchasing power. Kinda useless when you cant use it!
I’m so unhappy with you People I don’t understand it. I’ve had so many items returned but all you keep doing is telling me that I need to add a card to my file when I called you People four days ago and told you I was having a problem with my credit card somebody was charging on my account so I had to get a new card and I froze the other one, but the card payment went through of 2420 and you still asking me for more money why?
My payment was not overdue. It said I had 2 more days to pay and could not get a plan.
They never resolved my issue. My package got stolen and they did not care about helping me get at least my money back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NOW THE SENT ME EVEN TO COLLECTIONS.
